I am offering only remote appointments
If you do not see an appointment time that works for you, please either check back again or contact me. Clients often reschedule, making new times available to others. I can also put you on a waiting list for your preferred time slots.
You DO NOT need to sign in or register to make an appointment. Just fill in your contact information and select "Schedule."
However, if you do register, you'll create a password that allows you to view, edit or cancel your appointments. To do that, select "sign in" and then choose "create account" on the next screen that appears.
Please do not submit any Protected Health Information (PHI)
